ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
2.The petitioner questions the enquiry notice issued by the second respondent. Since it is only at the stage of enquiry, I decline to interfere. The petitioner can very well participate in the enquiry. If any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, he can come to this Court or avail any alternative remedy. The second respondent is however directed to furnish a copy of the petition filed by the fourth respondent before commencing enquiry. The second respondent shall also furnish the RDO's report referred to in the impugned enquiry notice. Only after these two documents have been served, the enquiry should be commenced. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The contentions of the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent are left open.
3.With these directions and liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 10.01.2023 skm 2/3
