ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to issue suitable directions to the fourth respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet Rowdy List Record No.122/12 within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is having 15 previous cases under the Provisions of Wild Life Protection Act and he is a habitual offender and the respondents have rightly included him in the history sheet rowdy list records.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has already given a representation on 12.03.2012 and the 2/4

same was not considered and that he is ready to give another representation and it would be suffice, if a direction is given to the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also the limited prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, without expressing any view with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the third respondent and on such filing of the representation, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 01.08.2022 sji Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No 3/4
