2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. T.J.CHARLES ANTONY STEPHE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.22163 of 2018 dated 01.03.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.22163 of 2018 dated 01.03.2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
