ORDER

The present petition has filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking to call for the records pertaining to First Information Report in Crime No.269 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.269 of 2020 was already concluded and final report in C.C.No.7 of 2021, was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. 3.Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, is directed to dispose of the C.C.No.7 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible.
