RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD).No. 1645 of 2018 dated 06.03.18 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 2220 of 2018 dated 15.02.2018 and direct the petitioner to appear before the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial level), Madurai instead of appearing before the respondent police daily 10.30am.

, until further order Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYMABULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent and MR.M.JAGADEESH PANDIAN, for Intervenor, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.1645 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2220 of 2018, dated 06.03.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 24.02.2018 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is not yet completed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is abiding the condition without any deviation and the investigation is not yet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

completed, hence, the earlier condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Madurai, daily at at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
