2018 for the appearance of the petitioners in pursuance of the order of this Honourable Court for another 15 days Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ALAGUSUNDAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2784 of 2018, dated 22.02.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to viral fever, the petitioners could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time for executing the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
