Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 22.01.2013 passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.C4/642/2011 dated 22.01.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the Corporation Council Meeting scheduled to be held on 30.01.2013.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein under which the participation of the writ petitioner in the Corporation Council Meeting has been barred on the ground of alleged misconduct of the petitioner during the previous meeting. 2.It is seen from the impugned order that the petitioner has been prohibited from attending the meeting only for a single day namely 30.01.2013. Since the tenure of the petitioner has expired, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.The writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
