2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 529 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 16741 of 2017, dated 29.01.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 529 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 16741 of 2017, dated 29.01.2018, is hereby fully relaxed.
