2. The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the subject land is a patta land and no encroachment is identified. 2/4

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader that there is no encroachment, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
