Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 30 of Employees Compensation Act, to set aside the order dated 20/10/2021 made in E.C.No.28 of 2008 on the file of Employees Compensation Commissioner and Joint Commissioner of Labour, Trichy.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SATHEESH, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the Civil Miscellaneous appeal, the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the entire amount was already deposited by the petitioner and prayed for an order not to disburse the amount till the disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
