ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging an order, under which the request for electricity service connection was rejected on the ground that the petitioner was in default with regard to another service connection of a different building.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had passed away.

3. Since the writ petitioner had passed away, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. This Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
