This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to execute the warrant against Karunanithi issued in S.T.C.No.2622 of 2007 on 15.11.2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after completing the trial, the case was ended in acquittal.

3.Recording said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
