SUYAMBULING BHARTHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 1489 of 2018, dated 31.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 1489 of 2018, dated 31.01.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders.
