DILIPKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1410 of 2018, dated 30.01.2018, for executing the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
