When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against the petitioner they filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Kulithurai and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.389 of 2023.

3.
