This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 1st respondent to give suitable instruction to the 2nd respondent to register a case against the accused on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.12.2014 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered.
