2018 on the file of respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police as 7.00 am or 8.00 p.m., instead of 10.00 am in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2625 of 2018, dated 20.02.2018.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is studying 1st year Civil Engineering Course at Sivagiri Gomathiammal Polytechnic College and hence, he is not able to appear before the respondent Police at 10.00 a.m.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2625 of 2018, dated 20.02.2018 is modified to the extent that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 7.00 p.m., until further orders.
