ORDER: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and the order of the High Court dated 15.02.2018 made in CRL.OP.(MD).No.2206 of 2018, and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.A.S.Rajeswari, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Chandrasekaran, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2, and this Court made the following Order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are given further two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender before the Principal District and Sessions Judge(PCR Court), Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2206 of 2018 dated 15.02.2018.
