This Criminal Original Petition is filed to pass a direction to the above respondents to not to harass the petitioner. 1/4
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a previous enmity between the petitioner and his uncle namely Iyyappan. He further submitted that the second respondent filed a complaint, leading to a summons for enquiry at the 2nd respondent police Station. Despite the same being a money dispute, the 1st and 2nd respondent police are allegedly pressuring the petitioner to appear, causing harassment.
3. However, the learned Government Advocate, Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar (Crl.side) on instructions, submitted that an enquiry has been conducted and the matter has been closed.
