Both the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the similar writ petitions were allowed by the learned Single Judge of this Court and in the Writ Appeal, the said Judgment was reversed which was confirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court of India.
