This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents herein to grant adequate protection to the petitioner's life, liberty and property for fencing his property in Survey Nos.48/8 situated in Nerinjalakudi Village, Mandhurai Post, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District based on the representation dated 09.03.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
