pending in C.C.No.75 of 2024 and complete the same within the stipulated time as framed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Oddanchatram, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.75 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
