RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.1 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.2873 of 2019 dated 25.02.2019 by this Honourable court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.RAMANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2873 of 2019 on 25.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2873 of 2019 on 25.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
