ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking mandamus against the first respondent to initiate action as against the private respondents based upon the writ petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2013.

2. A perusal of the representation indicates that certain allegations have been made against the private respondents for tampering with the revenue records.

3. According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner has already sold away the property and he may not have any interest as on today.

4. The learned counsel for the private respondents submitted that the wife of the third respondent has filed a petition in O.S.No.111 of 2013 before the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, as against the writ petitioner and 2/4

others for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction and the said suit is pending.

5. Since the points raised in the present writ petition can very well raised in the said suit, this Writ Petition stands closed. 05.08.2022 Index :
