ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.02.2022, considering the submissions made by both the parties, this Court has directed the petitioners to appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, DCB, Theni on 16.02.2022 and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, DCB, Theni was directed to conclude the enquiry as per the directions issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.8615 and 14968 of 2021, dated 17.11.2021.

3.Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that since there existed civil dispute between the parties, the complaint was ordered to be closed and directed the parties to approach the civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
