JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree against the judgment and decree passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti in A.S.No.29 of 2002, dated 20.12.2004 reversing the Judgment and Decree passed by the learned District Munsiff, Kovilpatti in O.S.No.83 of 2000,

dated 31.01.2002.
