RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court In Crl.OP (MD)No.2505/2018 dated 16.02.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.SREENIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2505 of 2018, dated 16.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 21.02.2018 till date. He further submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 21.02.2018, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
