ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and consequently directing her not to interfere with the civil dispute in the guise of enquiry in pursuance of the summon dated 21.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Kalavathi, mother of the third respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.41 of 2021 against three persons including the petitioner herein. He would further submit that after registration of the FIR, the petitioner has obtained anticipatory bail before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that in the case in Crime No.41 2/4

of 2021, investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional Court. He would further submit that since the complaint of the third respondent was received from NRI Cell, the petitioner was directed to appear before the District Crime Branch, Dindigul and that since charge sheet has already been filed, they are going to close the complaint.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
