O R D E R

Alleging that the fourth respondent is harassing the petitioner in pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner against the third respondent, the present petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a Writ Petition is pending against the alleged illegal activity of the third respondent. In view of the same, the petitioner is being harassed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the fourth respondent pressurizing him to withdraw the same. Further,

two cases have been foisted against the petitioner and in those cases, the petitioner got anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner is not harassed by the respondent police.

4. Considering the allegation made, a direction is issued to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner in the absence of any fresh complaint.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
