ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that a First Information Report in Crime No.229 of 2020 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of Indian Penal code by Crime Branch Police Station, Ramnad District against the petitioner and the same is pending for investigation.
