PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in Cr.No.120 of 2012 on the file of the Y.Othakadai Police Station, Madurai and quash the same as it contains malafide, truthless and concocted allegations. Directing the 2nd respondent to entrust the investigation in Cr.Nos.120 and 121 of 2012 on the file of the Y.Othakadai Police Station, Madurai to a competent Police Officer not below the rank of the Deputy Superintendent of POlice under CBCID unit. Directing the 1st Respondent to pay a just and fair amount of compensaiton to V.Murugan who has suffered physically and mentally due to the attack made by K.Nallathambi and his associates and also for the malafide approach adopted by the respondent No.5 & 6 who kept on evading the registration of the complaint made by V.Murugan and issuing any other order or relief.
