(MD)No.15905/2017 dated 21.11.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A. KANNIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15905 of 2017, dated 21.11.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, from 23.11.2017 to 10.01.2018 and the investigation is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ completed.
