..Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for entering into the land and for harvesting by executing the decree passed in O.S.No.286 of 2008 on the file of District Munsif Court, Vadipatti on 29.07.2009 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2015.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction for police protection for harvesting pursuant to decree passed in O.S.No.286 of 2008 on the file of District Munsif Court, Vadipatti by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2015.

2. Finding that the petitioner has obtained a decree of injunction and her husband has also obtained a direction in W.P. (MD)No.17734 of 2013 towards securing her interests and the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the paddy crop is ripe for harvest, there shall be a direction to the respondents to afford protection for the purpose stated, on 29.01.2015 and 30.01.2015 at the cost of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
