... Respondent/Respondent Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed in the order dated 22.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15401/2020 and permit the petitioners

1) to produce two common sureties to all the petitioners; and

2) to permit the 1st petitioner to appear before the All Women Police Station, Coimbatore - East instead of Respondent Police at Madurai.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the one of the conditions imposed in the order dated 22.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15401 of 2020 and permit the petitioners (1) to produce common sureties to all the petitioners and (2) to permit the 1st petitioner to appear before the All Women Police Station, Coimbatore - East, instead of Respondent Police at Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

4. Taking into consideration the above submissions made by both the counsels, the petitioners are permitted to execute one surety each instead of each two sureties. The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for five days and thereafter, as and when required.

5.The time for executing the sureties is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted shall stand cancelled.
