Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16577of 2017, dated 04.12.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 14.12.2017 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is not yet completed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is abiding the condition without any deviation and the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the earlier condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police twice in a month, i.e., on first and sixteenth working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
