P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to insist the petitioner to obtain transit pass under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage of Minerals and Mineral Dealers Rules, 2011 to transport the processed mineral of all sized from the crushing unit of the petitioner situated at S.F.Nos. 1065, 1072/1, 1067/1 (Part), 1067/2 (Part) and 678(Part) Thennilai West Village, Pugalur Taluk, Karur as the minerals are mined out of Environmental Clearance No. 5943/2023 dated 22.08.2023 and valid Consent to Establish and with Operate to the place of the purchasers within the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu.
