ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 16.04.2012 and consequently direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner bearing registration No.9395/93 in the State Level Seniority List maintained by the first respondent and consider for appointment to the post of BT Assistant in Tamil.

2. The respondents are filed a counter stating that the petitioner's name was sponsored for the second time as per the seniority given by the Directorate of Employment and Training through reference number.Tho.Pa./3752/2012 dated 23.04.2012 to the Teachers Recruitment Board.

3. Recording the submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
