...CONTEMNOR/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.8305 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.710 of 2019 dated 04.12.2019 pending disposal of the above CRL.RC(MD) No.710 of 2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8305 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.710 of 2019, dated 04.12.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8305 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.710 of 2019, dated 04.12.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8305 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.710 of 2019, dated 04.12.2019 is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.834 of 2020 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
