RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No. 12625/2017 by order dated 22.09.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYMABULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12625 of 2017, dated 22.09.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 01.10.2017 to 18.02.2018 without any deviation. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned

Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 01.10.2017, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
