Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.18 of 2020 pending before the third respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for investigation.

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent Police to withdraw the case in Crime No.18 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to some other competent officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2020 is almost completed and final report would be filed within a period of three months.
