This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the Accused Nos.1 and 2, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.103 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard Mr.T.A.Ebenezer, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.229 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam.
