2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are abiding the condition from 14.12.2017 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is not yet completed.

Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are abiding the condition without any deviation and the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the earlier condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the Court concerned once in every month, i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
