JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli, dated 24.03.2005 in A.S.No.62 of 2003 confirming the judgment and decree of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, dated 29.01.2003 in O.S.No.755 of 1995. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died on 22.03.2024 and steps have not been taken within the period of limitation as stipulated. 3.In view of the above, this second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
