ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein, under which, he has directed the writ petitioner to shift the electrical lines from the property of the second respondent into the pathway belonging to the writ petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner, the electrical line which is already in existence in the property of the second respondent should not be shifted. However, on instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent herein has submitted that the order impugned in the writ petition has already been given effect to. The electrical lines that were passing through the property of the second respondent herein have already been shifted to the pathway belonging to the writ petitioner. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not get instructions from his client. Hence, the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent are recorded. The writ petition stands closed with liberty to the writ petitioner to 2/4
reopen the writ petition, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 26.10.2022 Index :
