ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.111 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent police.
2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.111 of 2019, which was registered for the offence under Section 363 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of more than two years, there is no progress in the investigation. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the daughter of the petitioner eloped thrice with the some other man and the respondent police are not in a position to complete the investigation. So, the entire CD file perused and it shows that even though, the respondent police have taken effective steps, they could not find about where about the missing girl.

4.The second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
