This petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to impugned order in M.C.No. 3407/2015/M dated 29.04.2015 u/s. 107 of Cr.P.C. on the file of the Sub - Divisional Magistrate cum Renvenue Divisional Officer, Madurai, 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.
