The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.75 of 2019 of Mukulam Police Station, Virudhunagar District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, prayed three months time to file final report in the instant case. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.75 of 2019 and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
