Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to issue a direction to the first respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant against the second respondent issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy vide Cr.M.P.No.2996 of 2019 dated 20.08.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant against the second respondent issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy vide Cr.M.P.No.2996 of 2019 dated 20.08.2019.

2. Learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that while pending this petition for direction, there was settlement between the petitioner and the second respondent and so far some amount has already been paid and negotiation is going on for the remaining amount. However, the non bailable warrant issued against the second respondent in Cr.M.P.No.2996 of 2019, dated 20.08.2019, is pending on the file of the first respondent.

3. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to execute the non bailable warrant issued against the second respondent in Cr.M.P.No.2996 of 2019, dated 20.08.2019, issued in pursuant to Crime No.53 of 2018 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
