JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree made in A.S.No.1 of 2004 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar, daed 30.03.2004 in confirming the Judgment and Decree of the Court of the District Munsif of Virudhunagar District in O.S.No.130 of 2000, dated 30.01.2003.

2.On perusal of records it reveals that on 03.01.2025, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant reported 'no instructions' and directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant. Despite the name printed in the cause list, the appellant has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel. 3.In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
