Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16530 of 2017, dated 04.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition, without any deviation. 4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., is fully relaxed.
